Carles Esteva Mosso (Director, Policy and Strategy, DG COMP) will give his view on the EU competition law policy developments in 2011, and share his insight into the forthcoming policy developments of 2012. Fiona Carlin (Head of European Law & Competition, Baker & McKenzie) will provide a private practitioner's counterpoint on the development of policy in the past year, and what EU competition lawyers might expect from the year ahead. This important and interesting panel discussion will be followed by what promises to be a lively Q&A session.
The event will be chaired by Gavin Bushell, a Partner at Baker & McKenzie and the Chairman of the Brussels Competition Section of the Law Society.
